EXCLUSIVE: Daily Caller Documentary Goes Inside The Mega-Prison That Crushed El Salvador’s Gangs

The Daily Caller is set to release an exclusive documentary Friday, Inside CECOT, which tells the story of El Salvador’s most famous prison and its role in freeing the Latin American nation from decades of brutal gang violence.

Inside CECOT features extensive interviews with the key players behind the prison, including some of the criminals incarcerated in the facility itself — including Marvin Vásquez, a founding member of MS-13’s Crazy Criminal clique. The documentary details how Salvadoran leaders, including President Nayib Bukele and Vice President Félix Ulloa, have used the prison to house the country’s worst-of-the-worst criminals, breaking the stranglehold of violent criminal gangs over the country and clearing the streets of those who mercilessly prey on everyday Salvadorans.

However, the story doesn’t end at El Salvador’s border. Inside CECOT takes the viewer further, exploring what the prison means for Americans as well, and how President Bukele’s policies could be adapted in our own country to break the power of criminal gangs.

The Daily Caller invites you to experience the story of the prison from the perspective of “one of the only Western film crews to ever step foot inside CECOT.”

The documentary promises to expose just what the mainstream media has got wrong about Bukele and CECOT, according to our documentary team.
