Listen Closely As Chuck Schumer Appears To Fart Mid-Speech
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer appeared to crop-dust the Senate floor Tuesday during a speech about the Iran War.

As Schumer was ripping President Donald Trump and the Iran War, the 75-year-old senator let slip a rather loud fart, which, by the sound of it, nearly blew a hole in his pants.
“Now on Iran and the NDAA,” Schumer said, right before unleashing wind.

It definitely made the following remarks harder to take seriously:
“When all the Trump administration can say about his disastrous war with Iran is that Vietnam was worse. A point Trump made yesterday, he reveals the scale of his failure. This is what Donald Trump said. The only thing he can say is Vietnam was worse. Oh my God! A war that killed close to 50,000 Americans, a war that lasted almost a decade, a war that ripped America apart.”
But the only thing here that was ripped apart was Schumer’s trousers, and this was certainly not the first time a politician was caught on camera cutting cheese.

Famously, Eric Swalwell allegedly burned a hole in his pants during a 2019 MSNBC hit with host Chris Matthews. (RELATED: Did Eric Swalwell Just Fart Live On MSNBC?)
“Chris, so far the evidence is uncontradicted that the president used taxpayer dollars to help him cheat —” Swalwell said as the unmistakable fart noise could be heard.
Swalwell denied he farted, while the MSNBC show blamed it on an errant mic picking up the sound of a mug sliding across a desk.

But you know what they say? Whoever denied it supplied it.
