Kendra was arrested in March for allegedly endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment. New charges were also brought against Joseph while he was in custody for unrelated child sex abuse charges, according to TMZ. They have each pled not guilty.

The outlet reported that their case may be thrown out entirely if they remain out of trouble until the review hearing.

It’s unclear what prompted the judge to pause the case.

Kendra and Joseph were cautioned not to commit any new offenses during the advisement period, and ordered to maintain good behavior, according to TMZ.

In addition to the conditions of their behavior, they must pay $1,850 each in fines to the court.

The prosecution has agreed to dismiss the charges if they comply with all aspects of the order, according to TMZ.

Joseph was extradited to Florida. He pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial. He was released on $600,000 bond and returned to Arkansas.

A search of the couple’s home by the Tontitown Police and the Arkansas Department of Human Services resulted in endangerment charges against Joseph and Kendra.

Joseph rose to fame on “19 Kids and Counting.” His brother, Joshua, confessed to molesting his sisters and another girl as a teen and was sentenced to 12.5 years in federal prison in 2022.
