REPORT: Selena Gomez Accused Of Swindling Investors In Her Mental Health Organization
Two companies sued Selena Gomez and her mother, Mandy Teefey, alleging they deceived investors into sinking millions into their failing mental health organization.

The lawsuit, filed by Wondermind SRS 44LLC and Bespoke Wondermind LLC, alleged that Gomez and her mother defrauded investors, accusing them of taking money while their mental health organization, Wondermind Global, secretly crumbled behind the scenes, according to TMZ.
The companies sued for securities fraud and are seeking unspecified damages, including the return of their investments.

The lawsuit claimed Teefey struggled with a drug problem, and alleged that she and Gomez falsely represented the organization’s infrastructure, leadership, and resources that were required to be profitable – all in an attempt to secure investment in their company.
The companies claim to have invested over $1 million, contingent on Gomez actively promoting the organization on television and in interviews. They allege she made it appear she was heavily involved but failed to advocate for Wondermind Global after receiving the investment money.

The court documents claimed that “for three years, while the company quietly collapsed around them, not one of its founders, officers or directors said a word to the investors whose money was funding the collapse,” according to TMZ.

The lawsuit also named Gomez and Teefey’s former business partner, Daniella Pierson.
The plaintiffs claimed to have uncovered Wondermind Global’s alleged internal issues when The Cut published an expose in September 2025 describing the organization’s “state of utter disarray” (RELATED: Bill Gates’ Daughter Phoebe Faces Jail Time After Being Accused Of Profiting From Sales She Didn’t Drive)
The publication reportedly highlighted the alleged substance abuse issues, gross mismanagement, and Gomez’s “abject dereliction of her duties to the company,” according to TMZ.
Teefey pushed back against the allegations, saying, “It’s unfortunate that a few disgruntled employees with an ax to grind can spread lies about me and distort the truth,” according to TMZ.
