Cousins threw a pair of interceptions while going 21-of-30 for 160 yards, but history is history, right? With 301 career touchdown passes now under his belt, Cousins moves past John Elway (300) to take 14th on the all-time list.

After the Raiders defeat, the Phins are facing a very realistic situation where they could go 0-7 to start out the season. Not only is Miami in rebuilding mode and loaded with rookies, but they have an extremely tough schedule this year. The Vegas game was the only winnable one for a while.

So, here’s what needs to happen: TANK THE FRIGGIN’ SEASON.

Blow it up and position this franchise to draft Arch Manning or bring South Florida’s own Jeremiah Smith back home. Arch gives you the pedigree, the arm and the savior under center that this organization has spent decades failing to find.

And if it isn’t Manning, Smith is the kind of generational talent that turns an entire offense into must-see television.

At this point, I haven’t decided exactly who I want, but tanking the year desperately needs to happen.
