The congresswoman then accused the reporter of chasing a cheap story. \u201cIf you\u2019re gonna bring me into this, like, the sexist stuff is like out of control,\u201d she said. \u201cSo there\u2019s your clickbait that you were looking for.\u201d She refused to say anything more and left the interview.<\/p>\n<p>The blowup arrived at the tail end of a conversation about President Donald Trump\u2019s push to oust Republican incumbents and what lies ahead for Massie, according to Fox News Digital. He branded her claims \u201cfalse and unsubstantiated\u201d and \u201can obvious attempt to influence the outcome of this election,\u201d according to Newsweek. West is now seeking a school board seat in Okaloosa County, Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Massie posted his denial on X and stopped short of naming West. \u201cAll of the claims of inappropriate conduct are false. I\u2019ve never offered anyone money in exchange for their silence. I report all of my farm income, including cash, to the IRS,\u201d he wrote on X.
