Speaking in Feb. 2026 on \u201cThe Brandi Kruse Show,\u201d Keeler talked about the situation where the trans athlete allegedly sexually assaulted her in a wrestling match.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted because of political cowardice. Washington state officials insist on pushing gender ideology at all costs \u2014 even at the expense of girls\u2019 safety and privacy,\u201d said ADF Senior Counsel Kate Anderson in an official statement sent to Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n<p> <!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_2 --> <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur client\u2019s story is proof of the grave harms caused by lying about biology, and this must end \u2014 otherwise, girls will continue getting hurt and violated. No girl should have to unknowingly wrestle a boy. Kallie\u2019s mom was in the gym with her daughter, but she could not protect her because the district\u2019s written policy prohibits notifying parents or anyone else when their daughters will be matched against male athletes. She and her mother promptly reported the assault to school officials, who sat on the information for nearly two months. Washington state failed this family, but it isn\u2019t too late to protect other girls. State officials must change their policies and prioritize girls\u2019 safety in sports,\u201d per Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n<p>In the ADF lawsuit, the main argument is that the WIAA, Puyallup School District and state education officials in Washington are allegedly in violation of K.M.K.\u2019s rights after policies were enforced that permitted transgender athletes to participate in female sports without notifying girl athletes and parents.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_3 --> <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s stated in the complaint that the policies resulted in K.M.K. unknowingly wrestling a biological male during a female tournament.
