The detransitioner went on to note that years later, in February, \u201cDr. Sack was arraigned on six felony charges related to possession of \u2018child sexually abusive material.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Skinner maintains that he first started seeing Sack at age 15 in 2018 after being referred to the urologist by an endocrinologist at a \u201cgender clinic,\u201d in a section of his declaration titled \u201cMy Health Deteriorated on Transition Drugs.\u201d At the time, the teenage boy had been taking multiple transition drugs, including the puberty blocker Histrelin.<\/p>\n<p>He says that while taking the drug prescribed by the first doctor, his urine became \u201cstrawberry colored\u201d and seemed to \u201ccontain flakes of skin,\u201d according to the declaration. He also experienced urinary accidents in school, significant appetite loss, \u201chot flashes, night sweats,\u201d genital pain \u201cand full-body Charlie horses\u201d \u2014 side effects that \u201cmade it impossible\u201d for him to ride his bike. <strong>(RELATED: As Medical Org Pushing Child Sex Changes Lucks Out In Court, A Bigger Legal Battle Brews)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Skinner writes in the court document that Sack \u201cdid not give\u201d him \u201cany useful advice or prescription\u201d after the patient and his mother informed him of the side effects.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_2 --> <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy mother asked him if there were any connection between transition drugs and hematuria or incontinence,\u201d the now-detransitioner recounts. \u201cDr. Sack insisted the answer was no. He said that these drugs had been used for decades.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Skinner and Sack each did not respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation\u2019s requests for comment.<\/p>\n<p> <!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_3 --> <\/p>\n<p>Sack in early June pleaded not guilty to federal charges of receiving and possessing child pornography depicting a minor under the age of 12, according to local outlet WTOL. Authorities arrested him months earlier after executing a search warrant on his Michigan home, CBS News reported. Sack was working at Nationwide Children\u2019s Hospital in Toledo, Ohio \u2014 which immediately fired him upon learning of the arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators found multiple nude pictures of prepubescent minor females in sexually suggestive poses were tied to an email address and screen name associated with Sack, according to the criminal complaint against the urologist.<\/p>\n<p>Sack wrote in Skinner\u2019s medical chart that he suspected the boy\u2019s \u201csymptoms are secondary to dysfunctional social voiding \/ holding onto urine\u201d adding this was the case \u201cdue to issues with bathroom use at school,\u201d according to the declaration. The pediatric urologist referred to Skinner using female pronouns in the chart.<\/p>\n<p>Skinner states that after Sack diagnosed his \u201csocial voiding\u201d his school exhorted the biologically male student to use the girls\u2019 bathroom and cut off his access from the nurse\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFinally I got the puberty blocker removed from my arm in late 2018 when I was almost 16,\u201d the detransitioner writes in the declaration. \u201cWithin a few months I stopped urinating blood.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/hometransferguide.com\/?p=2037\">Israel Derails First Big Day Of Trump Admin\u2019s Peace Process With Iran<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Mayo Clinic lists dozens of possible side effects of Histrelin, including \u201cbloody\u201d and \u201cdark urine,\u201d as well as joint, muscle and chest pain.<\/p>\n<p>Skinner describes himself in the declaration as an autistic gay man who grew up in small town Michigan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn hindsight I think of my effeminacy as natural \u2013 lots of gay men like me have similar childhood memories,\u201d he wrote in the declaration. \u201cBut at the time I understood from adults that my gender-nonconformity was a symptom of autism, which I had been diagnosed with around age 4. They said I was confused about being a boy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Children with autism are well known to be significantly overrepresented in the population of minors subjected to sex changes.<\/p>\n<p>The FTC and the states of Alaska, Iowa, Nebraska and Texas brought their federal lawsuit against WPATH on Wednesday, arguing that the transgender medical organization deceived minors including Skinner into receiving sex changes in order to turn a profit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWPATH\u2019s professional members have profited immensely from the organization\u2019s work. But this profit has come at the expense of children and their parents,\u201d the suit alleges. \u201cWPATH has made false, misleading, or unsubstantiated statements\u2014both in the SOC and other public-facing materials\u2014regarding medical consensus and medical necessity, as well as the safety and efficacy of medical transition.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>WPATH members worked together to coerce a \u201cdevelopmentally delayed\u201d young adult into a sex change procedure, the DCNF first reported in August 2025.<\/p>\n<p>In April, Skinner testified in front of the California Senate Judiciary Committee during which he notably confronted Democratic state Sen. Scott Wiener. The lawmaker is a well known proponent of child sex changes who is now running for former Speaker Nancy Pelosi\u2019s seat in Congress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe medical and mental health providers didn\u2019t bother to ask why I felt the way I did,\u201d Skinner told the state Senate while denouncing Wiener\u2019s legislation targeting conversion therapy. \u201cThey poisoned my body with blockers and hormones, arresting my puberty and messing with my development. The result?
