The pylon connects the engine to the wing. Investigators also discovered a fractured aft spherical bearing race, the outlet reported.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>At the end of the video, the NTSB also released new surveillance footage from the airport that showed the exact moment the engine fell off the wing.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iWkLZjJXaos?si=V0Bv2drIaFuVN4Rv\" width=\"560\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Shortly after takeoff from Louisville, Kentucky, the left engine broke off and was engulfed in flames. According to the  on the accident, altitude data from the aircraft\u2019s radio showed it did not climb more than 30 feet off the ground before plunging into several buildings outside the airport perimeter.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_2 --> <\/p>\n<p>All three crew members aboard the aircraft were killed. Fifteen people, including the pilots, were reportedly killed in total. More than 20 people on the ground were injured, according to the preliminary report.<\/p>\n<p>During the hearing on Tuesday, the NTSB released a transcript of the cockpit voice recorder, capturing the takeoff, followed by the crew\u2019s reaction to the emergency moments later.
