Frasch, 59, and a coworker had finished a delivery for a moving company that employed them and were passing by. The two visited the Rapid 5\u00bd Pullover, a well-known camping spot they had visited several times before for lunch, . <strong>(RELATED: 18-Year-Old NYC Tourist Dies After Horse Drawn Carriage Flips)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Frasch appeared to be heading back up the trail when he knocked rocks loose as he went and ended up crushed, the CCSO said. A boulder that detectives later estimated at no less than half a ton remained atop him when law enforcement reached the scene, according to the agency. Half a ton is equivalent to 1,000 pounds.<\/p>\n<p>A caller reported the accident at roughly 1:40 p.m., telling dispatchers his coworker had been seriously hurt by falling rocks, according to the CCSO. The investigation remained active as of June 24.<\/p>\n<p>The CCSO shared an image of the portion of the trail where the rocks were dislogdged, noting it was taken near the riverbank.
