Treeby\u2019s father, Jack Treeby, was killed in a \u201cdeliberate hit-and-run\u201d by his family members in 2009, according to Kent Online. Jack Treeby\u2019s brother and nephews were <\/span><span>convicted<\/span><span> of murder for the incident, the BBC reported.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>George met the man on Facebook and traveled to Dubai twice to visit him, <\/span><span>according to<\/span><span> CBS News, citing detained in Dubai (DiD), an advocacy group for foreign nationals detained in the Gulf. George supposedly enjoyed her first trip to Dubai, despite concerns over a bikini photo shoot arranged by the man. It was George\u2019s second trip where the romance apparently soured.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>DiD <\/span><span>says<\/span><span> George saw the man\u2019s behavior \u201cchange dramatically\u201d during her second visit, alleging the man became \u201cincreasingly controlling and abusive.\u201d George claims she realized the man had booked her a one-way ticket to Dubai, stranding her in the country, according to DiD. <\/span><b>(RELATED: Iranian Drone Attack Strikes US Consulate In Dubai)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_2 --> <\/p>\n<p><span>George alleges that, one evening, the man took her to a bar and became intoxicated. I have never seen my daughter so frightened in my life. She was crying uncontrollably. I could see that one of her eyes was badly swollen and was beginning to close.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_3 --> <\/p>\n<p><span>George says she attempted to return home after the alleged assault, but discovered the man had taken her passport.
