Dwight Evans after securing 44.3% of the vote, according to projections from NBC News. <\/span>The <span>Pennsylvania state lawmaker\u2019s <\/span>primary victory comes after he unveiled \u201cparody legislation\u201d in October 2021 to \u201cr<span>equire all inseminators to undergo vasectomies within six weeks from having their third child or 40th birthday, whichever comes first.\u201d <strong>(RELATED: <\/strong><\/span><strong>Ousted \u2018Squad\u2019 Rep.
