The filing requests that all evidence be published to those present in the courtroom; however, it does not address the camera or those in the media not physically present.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the proceedings so far, certain pieces of evidence have been admitted to the court, meaning they will be considered in the final ruling but not disclosed to those present in the courtroom.
