A recently released report by the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner revealed that a verbal dispute on the front porch between Handy and Michael Gledhill led to an intense physical altercation, according to TMZ<\/p>\n<p>Gledhill allegedly pinned James during the violent attack and then dragged him to the side of the house. Gledhill allegedly flagged the officers down and admitted to the deed. <\/p>\n<p>Gledhill remains in Van Nuys Jail on $2 million bail. His mother, Wendy Gledhill, told TMZ early in June that her son suffered from mental health problems and schizophrenia and had ceased using his medications prior to his alleged fatal encounter with Handy.
