The \u201cDancing With The Stars\u201d alum claimed this was all part of Samodanova\u2019s plan to keep their children in Hong Kong without consent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis has functionally forced me to travel to Hong Kong each year to visit my children, which I have consistently done despite Elena\u2019s efforts taken to drastically limit my access to our daughters,\u201d he said, according to TMZ.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_2 --> <\/p>\n<p>The popular dancer claimed his ex-wife took their children to Moscow and Vietnam against his wishes, citing concern that they were traveling in a war-torn region.
