Bush, overturned the lower court\u2019s decision granting bond hearings and releasing three illegal immigrants from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody, putting the lower court\u2019s orders on hold pending a full appeal. <strong>(RELATED: ICE Deports Illegal Alien Child Rapist Previously Pardoned By Gov Tim Walz)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Division\u2019s Assistant Attorney General Brett A. Eldridge<\/em>, determined that Rodriguez\u2019s petition was valid.
