But CNN apparently forced his hand after informing the committee it planned to publish portions of the report anyway.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_2 --> <\/p>\n<p><span>Naturally, the initial secrecy sent Democrats into a speculative frenzy. Progressives wondered whether the report had been shelved because it defended the party establishment\u2019s support for Israel over Gaza, or because it urged Democrats to abandon their support for transgender issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The actual explanation turned out to be much funnier: the DNC hid the report because it was embarrassing garbage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/hometransferguide.com\/?p=401\">Judge Lets Ex-School Official Walk After 6-Year-Old Allegedly Shoots Teacher In Class<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span>The autopsy avoids critical examination of any of the actual issues that led to the party\u2019s failure in the 2024 election. Instead, it whines about the White House not properly preparing Vice President Kamala Harris to become the nominee and the amount of time she had to build a campaign \u2014\u00a0even though her polling numbers got worse as Election Day neared closer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_3 --> <\/p>\n<p><span>The report notably does not mention:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Inflation, Bidenflation, gas prices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The party\u2019s facture on Israel and Gaza<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The assassination attempts against Donald Trump<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Podcasts as an important campaign medium\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Catholics, Christians, evangelicals, or \u2018religion\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>White men<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The Make America Healthy Again movement<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>It also is really light on:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>The party\u2019s support of unpopular transgender issues like women\u2019s sports, bathrooms, or gender transitions for prisoners. It briefly mentions the they\/them ad against Kamala but fails to properly explain why it was so effective.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Immigration and the border. The only mention of \u2018border\u2019 is in the context of whining that Harris was labeled the \u201cborder czar.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Climate mandates, which it merely describes as causing \u201canxiety\u201d with voters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>There is a brief mention of \u201c80-20\u201d issues but not what those issues are<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>The report also bizarrely alleges that the media environment \u2014\u00a0including the mainstream, corporate media \u2014 is too right-wing for Democrats to be able to properly compete.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Martin released a statement following publication of the report:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWhen I received the report late last year, it wasn\u2019t ready for primetime. Not even close. And because no source material was provided, fixing it would have meant starting over, from the beginning \u2013 every conversation, every interview, every data set,\u201d he wrote. \u201cI am not proud of this product; it does not meet my standards, and it won\u2019t meet your standards. I don\u2019t endorse what\u2019s in this report, or what\u2019s left out of it.
