The New York Times Magazine conducted a hands-on interview with Dr. Sean O\u2019Mara, who has been a dietary advisor to some of President Donald Trump\u2019s closest cabinet members. <\/p>\n

The Times Magazine editor Willy Staley spoke with O\u2019Mara and even tried his diet for a week. O\u2019Mara also informed the writer that when you eat in accordance with his dietary rules, you no longer need to use toilet paper. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnimals in the wild have no residual stool on their anus,\u201d O\u2019Mara explained to the outlet. What happens to bathroom visits when you eat in accordance with the steak-sauerkraut diet: they become \u201codorless, wipe-free, over in three seconds and \u2018nearly orgasmic,\u2019\u201d O\u2019Mara said, according to the interview. <\/p>\n

\u201cI could have a bowel movement behind a sheet at a dinner party in the corner of the room,\u201d the doctor said, \u201cand nobody would know.\u201d <\/p>\n

The diet mainly consists of fermented foods, steak, and occasional seafood. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

O\u2019Mara\u2019s program has been popular among Trump\u2019s cabinet members, including Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) pioneer Robert F. Kennedy Jr, Department of Commerce Sec. Howard Lutnick, Vice President JD Vance and Sean Duffy, The Wall Street Journal reported in June. <\/p>\n

Early on in the interview, O\u2019Mara showed the editor two liquids that were the color of radiator fluid, the interview reads. <\/p>\n

O\u2019Mara said one was Mountain Dew, the other was urine. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cThe strong implication was that it was his [urine],\u201d Staley said. (RELATED: New York Times Editorial Board Finally Admits It Was Wrong About Weed)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Such colored urine is a good thing, according to O\u2019Mara. <\/p>\n

The program is also said to reduce waistlines by cutting body fat. <\/p>\n

Staley took on the diet for a week. \u201cHe wanted me eating fermented beets, carrots and radishes; Roquefort and Parmesan; yogurt, kefir and kvass,\u201d the article read. <\/p>\n

While Staley admittedly gave up on the diet after a week or so, the interview noted benefits. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt turns out a breakfast of ground beef with a pile of kimchi and a fried egg is, frankly, invigorating,\u201d Staley wrote.<\/p>\n
