Government officials denied allegations that tolling authorities track certain dollar bills.<\/p>\n

Some toll collection systems can rat out drivers who have illicit cash to law enforcement, Travis Harwood claimed on an Aug. 10 episode of \u201cThe Wild Chaos Podcast.\u201d However, multiple authorities responsible for managing their jurisdiction\u2019s E-ZPass \u2014 the main toll collection system in the East Coast \u2014 denied that claim.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe toll booths have a blue band reader on them and they can tell that you have a hundred grand in cash,\u201d Harwood told the host, Bam Marshall.<\/p>\n

The episode was about Harwood\u2019s journey from getting into organized crime and leaving that way of life after finding his faith.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have to go around the toll booth \u2018cause I\u2019ve had guys get pulled over from going through the toll booth with cash and they\u2019ll say \u2018Where are those 1,500 one-hundred dollar bills that you went through the toll booth with?\u2019\u201d Harwood said.<\/p>\n
