Swalwell is at the center of a federal criminal investigation. <\/p>\n<p>The White House Transparency Task Force declassified documents Monday that show Swalwell had \u201cphysical relations\u201d with Christine Fang, known as \u201cFang Fang,\u201d at least twice. <\/p>\n<p>The former representative resigned from Congress earlier this year after facing a slew of sexual misconduct allegations. She continued to alleged that he refused to stop when she said no, according to CNN. The allegation prompted the Manhattan District Attorney\u2019s Office to open an investigation into the congressman.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/10519169\/dailycaller_incontent_2 --> <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Swalwell has denied the allegations.
