Helen Mirren broke her silence after multiple outlets reported co-star Tom Hardy would not be returning to \u201cMobLand\u201d amid tension on set.<\/p>\n

The Oscar-winning actress shared a photo Thursday of Hardy on Instagram with the text, \u201cI love you now and always helen,\u201d written over his image.<\/p>\n

Mirren\u2019s post seemingly declared support for Hardy after Puck reported the famous actor would not be making a return to the series and The Hollywood Reporter\u2019s sources claimed he \u201crefused to come out of his trailer for hours at a time\u201d while on set.<\/p>\n

The Hollywood Reporter\u2019s sources claimed that during filming of the second season Hardy \u201ckept the cast waiting,\u201d calling his move \u201ca power play.\u201d<\/p>\n

A report published May 28 by Variety referenced sources who claimed Hardy insisted on re-writing his script. The individuals claimed the series\u2019 co-creator, Jez Butterworth, delivered scripts late, at times just one week prior to shooting, which impeded Hardy\u2019s ability to rehearse.<\/p>\n

\u201cTom likes to prepare,\u201d one of the sources told the outlet.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Speaking about Hardy\u2019s requests to adjust the script, a source told Variety that \u201coften his ideas are very sound.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd he wants them taken seriously. Jez kind of hasn\u2019t got the time to deal with those notes, so it becomes problematic.\u201d<\/p>\n

A production source told Variety that Hardy was \u201cdifficult,\u201d before noting, \u201cbut he\u2019s a movie star.\u201d<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time Mirren publicly declared her love for Hardy and thew her support behind him. Daily Mail published and later removed a report claiming Mirren was frustrated by Hardy\u2019s alleged tardiness and refusal to cooperate on set.<\/p>\n

Shortly after the publication of that report, she shared a post that began with \u201cThings I love.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cTom Hardy for his brilliance on screen\u201d and the listed \u201chis dedication off screen\u201d as well as \u201chis good heart\u201d and \u201cespecially the HardyHugs I get when onset with him which is not nearly enough in my opinion.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mirren captioned her post with the words, \u201cAnd now you know!\u201d (RELATED: Tom Hardy Reportedly Not Returning To \u2018Mobland\u2019)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Outlets suggesting Mirren was put off by Hardy\u2019s on-set behavior were put in line within the same post in which the famous actress wrote \u201cbad journalism\u201d in the category of things she \u201chates.\u201d<\/p>\n
