The courier, labeled Nixxslingerland on Threads, claimed to be canceling orders headed to a local DHS detention facility in a July 6 post, writing that it feels good to “get their orders cancelled and donate their food.” Libs of TikTok posted a screenshot to X and tagged DoorDash on July 8, asking if the alleged behavior was acceptable under their policies. DoorDash swiftly responded to the post and confirmed the individual was a courier.

“Just dropped off another cancelled nazi DoorDash to my free pantry and was handed this large bag of M&Ms in return,” Nixxslingerland’s first post read. “I love communism.”

The account followed up with another post the same day. “For new people who are unaware, there’s unfortunately a detention center right in my town, and every single time I contact support and tell them they need to remove the location completely,” the post read. “I doubt they ever will, but it still feels good getting their orders cancelled and donating their food.”

A Facebook profile with the same photo named Nix Slingerland indicates the courier is located in Batavia, New York, the location of the Buffalo Service Processing center or Buffalo Federal Detention Center. The facility is currently being used as a service processing center by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

After the posts gained attention, DoorDash confirmed that the courier’s account had been deactivated in a July 8 reply. (RELATED: DoorDash Driver Charged With Killing Elderly Woman After Overriding Tesla’s Self-Driving Mode)

“Misusing the safety-unassign feature to intentionally cancel orders or redirect the food based on where it’s going is theft and a violation of both our Community Guidelines and Platform Access Policy,” DoorDash posted. “When our support team attempted to address their report and explain our policies, the individual was abusive toward the agent, which is a separate violation.

The courier also seemingly responded to the post through an Instagram story, praising Libs of TikTok for “using a good pic.” The post continued, “I’m an anarcho-communist though none of that liberal nonsense here.”
