‘Tried To Cut Off His Penis’: Report Suggests Perez Hilton’s Injuries Require Extensive Care

“Perez tried to cut off his penis,” a source reportedly told the outlet.
“This wasn’t a superficial injury. This was an incredibly serious attempt to mutilate himself.”
The self-mutilation episode was severe, and his injuries were so serious that it remains unclear whether they will yield permanent and irreversible damage, reported Radar.
“His body went through enormous trauma,” the insider added.
“Doctors had to deal with the blood loss, the wounds, the broken bones, and all the other physical injuries before anything else. There were multiple medical issues happening at once.”
The source went on to say, “Keeping Perez alive, stable, and physically safe was the immediate priority.”

The report stated that Hilton was “disfigured” and his three children, who were in the home at the time of his apparent mental breakdown, were kept away from him for several weeks in an effort to protect them from further trauma.

48-year-old Perez was rushed to a Miami-area hospital after appearing to shred and slice his skin with a knife while livestreaming, Aug. 4.
His family previously reported that he also suffered broken bones after several significant falls on the night of the tragic incident.
