Welcome to Brazil, which I’m sure you know, is a nation where soccer is uber-popular. So, it’s only fitting that these parrot attacks took place in the South American nation. And that’s right, ladies and gentlemen. I just said parrot attacks.

According to The Sun, Flamengo and Ceará were playing one another in a Brazil Under-15 Cup match, which took place in Rio de Janeiro. And this is where the attacks happened.

While Flamengo was moving the ball, an incredibly huge parrot came out of nowhere and attempted to pounce on top of one of the team’s players, and just wait until you see the footage. Following the original incident, the parrot reportedly attacked other youth players, which triggered the referee to temporarily halt the match.

When the game resumed, however, the parrot came back to generate even more chaos, forcing the match to come to another stop.

Despite the numerous bird attacks, the game ultimately finished, with Flamengo getting the 1-0 win.
